Patent Registration In China
through both PCT and PARIS convention

Paris Convention

Paris Convention provides the applicant the possibility to file the application in China within 12 months from the home application date, it is required to provide the copy of official Filing Receipt and the Trademark Application Request of the home application.

PCT international registration

 is a way by which the applicant may file the national application in China within 30 months from the earliest priority date of the PCT international application. And there’s a grace period of 2 months with a total of 32 months for filing the Chinese national application subject to a payment of later filing fee of USD150.
